{"id":905,"date":"2023-05-17T15:52:30","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T18:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nifty-mccarthy.107-180-73-136.plesk.page\/?p=905"},"modified":"2023-05-17T15:52:30","modified_gmt":"2023-05-17T18:52:30","slug":"dia-mundial-de-la-hipertension-arterial-el-cmj-hablo-control-y-cuidado-ante-el-mal-silencioso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nifty-mccarthy.107-180-73-136.plesk.page\/?p=905","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda Mundial de la Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial: el CMJ habl\u00f3 de control y cuidado ante el \u201cmal silencioso\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cada de 17 de mayo <em>se<\/em> celebra el D\u00eda Mundial de la Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial, una fecha avalada por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) para generar conciencia y promover los esfuerzos para prevenir, diagnosticar y controlar esta enfermedad. <strong>De esta manera, el Colegio M\u00e9dico de Jujuy habl\u00f3 sobre los cuidados y tratamientos preventivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan consigna la OMS, la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial (HTA) es \u201cun trastorno m\u00e9dico grave por el cual los vasos sangu\u00edneos, que distribuyen la sangre desde el coraz\u00f3n a todo el cuerpo, tienen persistentemente una tensi\u00f3n elevada\u201d. Este problema de salud \u201cpuede incrementar el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares, cerebrales, renales, entre otras, y es una causa importante de defunci\u00f3n prematura en todo el mundo\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><em><strong>Actualmente, de acuerdo a lo relevado por la OMS a nivel mundial, la HTA afecta a m\u00e1s de 1.280 millones de adultos de entre 30 y 79 a\u00f1os, de los cuales la mayor\u00eda vive en pa\u00edses de ingresos bajos o medios. El objetivo es reducir su prevalencia en el mundo a un 25% de ese n\u00famero de personas para 2030.<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Particularmente en Argentina, se estima que un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n adulta es hipertensa; mientras que los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional de Factores de Riesgo, realizada por el Ministerio de Salud y el INDEC, muestra que esta prevalencia tiende a mantenerse estable.<\/p>\n<p>A este panorama complejo se le suman otros dos indicadores preocupantes. <strong>El Registro Nacional de Hipertensi\u00f3n Arterial (tambi\u00e9n conocido como estudio RENATA 2) advirti\u00f3 que el 40% de los hipertensos argentinos no conoce su condici\u00f3n, y que apenas uno de cada cuatro tiene su presi\u00f3n arterial (PA) controlada adecuadamente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos riesgos de tener una presi\u00f3n arterial excesiva y sin control son m\u00faltiples\u00bb, se\u00f1alan los expertos y ampl\u00edan que \u00abes el principal factor de riesgo para desarrollar accidente cerebrovascular y uno de los m\u00e1s importantes para infarto de miocardio, enfermedad renal cr\u00f3nica e insuficiencia card\u00edaca.
