Esta normativa, de car\u00e1cter nacional, aplica a las jurisdicciones que hayan adherido a la ley, marcando un paso fundamental hacia la digitalizaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Implementaci\u00f3n y validez de recetas en papel<\/h3>\n<p>Para garantizar una transici\u00f3n ordenada, se estableci\u00f3 que las recetas en papel emitidas antes del <strong>31 de diciembre de 2024<\/strong> seguir\u00e1n siendo v\u00e1lidas, siempre que se encuentren dentro de su per\u00edodo habitual de vigencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Beneficios del sistema de receta electr\u00f3nica<\/h3>\n<p>La prescripci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica no solo asegura la trazabilidad y confidencialidad de las recetas, sino que tambi\u00e9n optimiza los tiempos y mejora la seguridad del paciente, al minimizar errores en la dispensaci\u00f3n de medicamentos.<\/p>\n<h3>Herramientas a disposici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Para quienes a\u00fan no utilizan esta modalidad, <strong>OSDE<\/strong> ofrece informaci\u00f3n y soporte t\u00e9cnico sobre las opciones disponibles para la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema de receta electr\u00f3nica.
